RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and applicable Thai laws governing the sale of goods.

Every piece that leaves our hands has been inspected to standard. Should something not be right, this policy is here.

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

  1. 2.1The item is unused and in its original condition.
  2. 2.2The item is in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, components, and documentation.
  3. 2.3The item is free from damage, marks, or any alteration occurring after receipt.

Items showing signs of use or missing original components are not eligible. ONIXY reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned item and decline returns that do not meet these standards.

3. Initiating a Return

Contact us at support@onixy.gg with the following:

  1. 3.1Your order number.
  2. 3.2The item or items you wish to return.
  3. 3.3A brief reason for the return.

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide the return address. Do not send items back without prior confirmation. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent by ONIXY, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ONIXY is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs illustrating the issue. ONIXY will cover return shipping costs in all cases confirmed as a defect or an error on our part.

6. Refund Process

  1. 6.1Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
  2. 6.2Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.
  3. 6.3Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
  4. 6.4The timeframe for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

In cases where only part of an order is returned, or where an item is returned in a condition that does not fully meet eligibility requirements, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

7. Exchange

ONIXY does not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to acquire a different item, please complete the return process for your current item and place a new order separately.
