REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and other specific non-returnable items such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
