This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website ONIXY.GG (the “Site”), operated by MICEMOD CORPORATION CO., LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 6. PRODUCT ORDERS

a. Order Acceptance: All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

b. Payment: Payment for products purchased on the Site must be made through the methods indicated on the Site. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Company will attempt to ship products in a timely manner but is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays.

12. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.
